A lot has happened since my last blog... it was actually about this time one year ago. Life got in the way and let's be honest, blogging wasn't the first thing on my mind when I had some free time. Recently I've been debating either closing this down or really making a point to contribute. I choose to contribute. So in the next couple days I will be starting over and really making a point to get my blog updated.
p.s. topics to come will be my joining a triathlon team, running Ragnar Relay Great River race NEXT WEEKEND, and ongoing training for the 2011 Twin Cities Marathon (and what happened to the 2010 Twin Cities Marathon).
